Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unassembled and unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at info@bridgewaylivinggroup.com. Please do not send items back without contacting us first as they will not be accepted. Once your return is approved we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective or incorrect. We will work to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items We are unable to accept returns on made to order or personalised items, or any items purchased in a sale.

Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item, please return your original order and place a new order separately.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved please contact us at info@bridgewaylivinggroup.com.

European Union If your order is being shipped into the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in its original condition, unassembled and unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
