Free UK Mainland Delivery We offer free standard delivery on all orders to UK mainland addresses. Orders are typically delivered within 5-10 working days from the date of dispatch.
Premium Express Delivery Need your order sooner? We offer an express delivery service for £9.99, with delivery within 1-4 working days from the date of dispatch.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-2 working days of payment being confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.
Delivery Areas Our standard free delivery applies to mainland UK addresses. Deliveries to the following areas may be subject to extended delivery times or additional charges:
- Scottish Highlands and Islands
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man
- Channel Islands
- Scilly Isles
If your delivery address falls within one of these areas, we will contact you before processing your order to advise of any additional charges or timeframes.
Delivery Conditions Please ensure that your delivery address is accessible for large furniture deliveries. Our couriers deliver to the door and are unable to carry items inside your property or up flights of stairs unless otherwise stated. Please ensure doorways and access routes are clear and wide enough to accommodate your items before placing your order.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no one being available to receive the order, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery.
Damaged or Missing Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or if anything is missing, please contact us within 48 hours at info@bridgewaylivinggroup.com with photographic evidence so we can resolve the matter promptly.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 3 working days of placing your order please contact us at info@bridgewaylivinggroup.com.
